In-Season/Off-Season Strength & Power Program for Ballplayers
Program can be done In-Season or in the Off-Season. 2x Per Week Lifting or 3x Per Week Lifting. Basically, this program can be utilized LONG TERM!
This program is built for baseball, softball, and overhead athletes! This will help develop lateral speed, quick twitch, massive strength, explosive ability, and much more!
The big problems with many strength programs is the lack of transfer to the field. Does getting stronger and faster help? Yes, of course, and this program will do that for you!
However, many programs lack attention to detail in developing exercises that transfer to the sport of play. Thoracic Mobility Needed? We got it. Lateral Speed and Power Needed? We got it! Rock solid core with anti-rotation and rotational power? We got it. Injury Prevention and building strong ballplayers without the higher risk of injury from barbell bench press and overhead press? We got you!
This program can be a follow-along program for any athlete, parent, or coach wanting to develop a ballplayer in the weight room during the off-season or in-season in a private, small group, or team setting. This is a 2-3x a week program for those that want an in-season workout program or an off-season program to build strength, power, and speed.
